Joe Healy aka: Dev Fish is the Microsoft Developer Evangelist
for Alabama, Florida and Mississippi. In a previous live Joe worked
in Application Development for Microsoft Consulting Services, focusing
on Internet, Web Services, Rich Client, B2B, and browser delivered
systems. Joe has also served time with eAngler.com, Cap Gemini,
EDS, and IBM in various capacities… When not developing or talking
about .NET Joe enjoys spending time trying to coax Redfish, Snook,
and Trout from various nooks and crannies in Tampa Bay. He is married
to wife Anne, with two little girls, Ryan and Morgan, who will also
grow up to be great "fisher-ladies" one day.
Joe will give us a overview of Silverlight 1.0 and the tools
and technologies used to build Silverlight 1.0 applications.

Bill Reiss is active in the XNA and Silverlight communities through
his tutorials, public speaking events, and on the forums. Bill focuses
mainly on game development, but also presents on general Silverlight
topics. Bill began programming in seventh grade and became an indie
game developer in high school selling casual games. After experiences
in various languages and types of programming, Bill settled on C
programming in college, and was the author of a very popular MUD
client called TinTin++ which actually has shipped with the FreeBSD
distribution and is still in use today. Today, Bill uses C++, C#,
ASP.NET, and Silverlight in his day job for an online sports training
company, and writes XNA and Silverlight game libraries and tutorials
as a hobby by night. Bill is active in the Florida .Net Users Group
in Tampa and throughout Florida

John Papa, Senior Consultant for ASPSoft, Inc., a Microsoft MVP
[C#], MCSD.NET, and an author of several XML, ADO and SQL books.
John has over 10 years experience in architecting and developing
Microsoft technologies as a consultant and a trainer. He is the
author of the Data Points column in MSDN Magazine and can often
be found speaking at user groups, MSDN Web Casts, and industry conferences
such as VSLive.
John Papa will give us the 411 on Windows Presentation Foundation
(WPF), a component of Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0, that empowers
us to build the next-generation of Windows user experiences. WPF
supports UI, media, documents, hardware acceleration, vector graphics,
scalability to different form factors, interactive data visualization,
and superior content readability. John will also cover the basics
of data binding in WPF
